Great group of guys. From owner to employees. I’ve been in business myself for 7 years and it can be tough. They spoke on the phone to me twice, the owner inspected my motor inside my Gutter machine prior to removing. After removing an employee inspected again and made me aware of the possibilities. I left the shop to weigh my options, and I then returned at 2 pm to drop off the motor. I was not expecting them to call me back same day but at 4:30 I received a call it was up and running and someone waited for me past business hours to come and pick up. They also showed me the motor running on the bench. Thanks so much guys! Very honest establishment and I’m very appreciative for the peace of mind.

I dropped off a pool pump for repair on a Monday mid day. Upon dropping off I requested a quote prior to rebuilding and was told it would be 2-3 days before they would get to it. I did not hear anything so i called on Thursday to find out the unit was not rebuild able. After hanging up one of the young men called me back and informed me that they could sell me the pump to replace the faulty part. I called back to get a quote on the replacement and the cost was higher than purchasing the entire thing new elsewhere. I had inquired if i could pick my old pump up strictly for the fittings and was told yes. Upon arrival now the 5 times I had spoken to them on the phone there was no mention of a balance owed or fees for any service. Not when I dropped it off, not when I called and they told me it was faulty, not even when I preceded to discuss the cost of a new replacement item and they presented the breakdown of costs to me no mention of a fee. Upon arrival I am informed there is a $40.00 fee outstanding on the pump now. I had jumped in the car with no wallet or anything because I had been working on the pool when I realized I had forgotten to get the pump. I was instructed to look at

Not of upstanding ethics. You will be told 2 week wait or you can take their rush service for a significantly higher labor rate. Motor returned with a fresh rattle can paint job. Installed and did the same thing prior to “repair “ Problem was a bad switch on the wall. Nothing was ever wrong with the motor they “repaired “ Returned 4 years later to try again and still were 2 weeks behind! Completely unethical repair shop Beware!

Hanover electric motor is the best motor shop around . I have used them for years, and they always do quality work and go the extra mile to help you with any issue they can. The owner has an extensive background in electric motors. You will not find a better family to deal with.

Called to see if they work on small appliance motors and the lady who answered just said, "No" in such a rude way. Disappointed as they seem to be reputable. :/ Could've taken the opportunity to direct me elsewhere or give me some other information as to why not. But oh well.
